Frank Matolcsy founded Sam's Pest Control after serving in the United States military. The values he carried out of service — accountability, follow-through, and doing the job right the first time — are the same values he brings to every property he services.
Frank is the technician. He is the one who shows up at your door, walks your property, explains what he found, and does the work. Shelly handles operations, scheduling, and makes sure everything runs the way it should. When you call Sam's, you are dealing with the people who own the business, not a customer service representative reading from a script.
