Monticello is home turf for Sam's Pest Control. As the seat of White County, the same county where we are based in nearby Monon, this is the community we know best. It is also one of north-central Indiana's signature destinations, built around the Twin Lakes, Lake Shafer and Lake Freeman, which were created in the 1920s by damming the Tippecanoe River and now draw close to a million visitors a year.

Logansport sits where the Wabash and Eel rivers meet, a county seat first settled in the 1820s and built around those two waterways. It is a close-knit community of around 18,000 people, with affordable, established housing and the flat farmland of Cass County stretching out to the south. It is also a place the big national pest control chains tend to overlook.
